What it covers
The General Product Guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of your product within 24 months from the date of original purchase:
- if it has been used in the manner intended
- and is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship
The Memory Storage Guarantee covers repair or replacement (at our discretion) within 48 months from purchase for defects related to memory storage (e.g. “SD Fail”).
What it doesn’t cover
- Use contrary to safety manuals or instructions
- Normal wear & tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage from external causes (transit, power surges, weather, etc.)
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or opening of the product
- Battery degradation over time
- Expectations of error-free operation at all times
- Transfer of guarantee if the product is resold
Eligibility / Terms
The guarantee becomes effective on the date of purchase (or delivery if later). Proof of purchase / delivery must be provided before repair/replacement. Work will be done by us or our authorised representative. Replaced parts become our property. The guarantee does not extend after repair or replacement.
The guarantee provides rights that are additional to your statutory consumer rights.
Returns / Repair Process
- Contact our support team via email or support page, providing your order number and issue.
- We will issue a return label or instructions.
- Package the product safely and include original accessories.
- Once received and inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund within 7 working days (depending on condition).
- If the product is damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging, we may reduce your refund or reject the return.
If your product is out of stock or a repair is not possible, we may offer an alternative product of equal or higher value.
