Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have not received this email after a few days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

  • Express delivery: 7–10 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders over $50 (US only).

Returns

We want you to love your PlayBox experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure your item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Recycle

PlayBox is committed to sustainability. Our recycling program allows you to send back your used or damaged products, so we can responsibly recycle or refurbish them.

Please contact us to receive a prepaid return label and help us reduce waste by reusing valuable materials.
